nks for the responses from the netters. The way I have done so far is
to clean up my desk, and isolate my desk from the wall. I used another
trick I remember my mother used to prevent the ants from going into the
powder milk can, i.e.,  I put rubber bands over the cables wires of the
phone and ethernet. Ants probably do not like the smell of the rubber
band. They probably will stop trespass the line due to the band. I don't
know if this will work. Let's wait and see.

I found that ants doesn't like the smell of WD-40, and I sprayed some
into the hole on the wall where they hide. It killed some ants. (The
smell is so strong, and I feel a little sick. If they don't get killed
first, I probably died before them.) Hopefully, they would never like to
go to my room anymore.

Another thing probably is even more important is not to put any food on
my table from now on. The food may be the main reason they came to my
table in the first place.

I am not sure if they have built their kingdom in my computer already.
I used to see one or two ants climbing on the screen of the monitor, but
I thought they might not like the heat or even radiation :-) I lived
pretty peacefully with them until I saw so many in the transceiver.
Has anyone seen cases that ants live in the monitor. I checked my cpu
and didn't see any. It's hard to get the monitor open, and I don't want
to break the warranty.
