- I'd have to disagree. There is a big difference between a recommendation
- and an order. If booting from another disk causes a major foul-up in the
- resulting System file, Apple shouldn't just "recommend" that you boot from
- the Installer disk; they should flat-out tell you not to (and the Installer
- script should check to see what the startup disk is, and refuse to modify
- the startup disk).
