  20.      I'd have to disagree.  There is a big difference between a recommendation
  21. and an order.  If booting from another disk causes a major foul-up in the
  22. resulting System file, Apple shouldn't just "recommend" that you boot from
  23. the Installer disk; they should flat-out tell you not to (and the Installer
  24. script should check to see what the startup disk is, and refuse to modify
  25. the startup disk).
