  12. I want a database type program in which I can list all the songs from my CDs,
  13. albums, etc., including such things as highest chart position, date, artist,
  14. etc. There are any number of such programs.

  16. The second (and most desired) thing I want it to do is to select on the basis
  17. of various user-defined criteria songs to fit within a user-defined time span.
  18. What I want to be able to ask for is something like "Give me a selection of
  19. #1 songs from 1965 to 1970, not by the Beatles, that will fit within 46
  20. minutes." [To make anthology tapes for my own amusement, of course.]

  22. Before I try hacking such a thing myself in HyperCard, do any of you know of a
  23. program that will do this? FreeWare or ShareWare would be preferable, though
  24. any known programs would be appreciated.

  27. know, I appreciate someone telling me -- and since I don't always read the
