  45. was available for purchase through NOVEMBER 15, 1992 - NOT 8/15.

  58. If your bookstore or where ever you purchased it will not go to bat
  59. for you - which they should. You can tell them to call Apple's Higher Ed
  60. Support in Austin, TX ('course though since I couldn't help but see those
  61. ads for Apple support personnel in Texas - you _might_ not get the prompt
  62. reply you should) - your Apple Rep should be able to get you the number
  63. for them there. If he can't or won't e-mail me and I'll let you know what
  64. it is.
