  14. I just bought a new quadra 700 with "Multimedia Til 8-15" from my
  15. University.
  16. When I got it, the 400MB hard drive was formated, but there was NO SOFTWARE
  17. on it, not even system software!!!  I had to install system 7 from the
  18. discs
  19. that were provided.

  21. When we looked inside, it did have a VideoSpigot card in it, although the
  22. back slot was not opened up.

  24. This computer was supposed to come with lots of bundeled software, and In
  25. fact I got some (all?) manuals for VideoSpigot, Adobe Premiere, and Aldus
  26. Persuasion.  BUT NO SOFTWARE!!!!!

  28. My univresity Rep says that I cannot talk directly with the Apple Rep,
  29. and that our Apple Rep is hard to get a hold of, slow, and not very good.
  30. So now what do I do??????  Sit around with my finger in my *** waiting?
  31. I do not even know exactly what software I didn't get!!!!

  33. How do I get Apple to respond to this oversight on their part?????
