  16. The usual suspects (macwherehouse, macconnection) came up blank. . .

  18. Can someone please tell me some sources for cables so I can hook an SVGA
  19. monitor up to my mac? (mail-order places prefered)

  21. (BTW: I'd like to get a cable which would let me set the sense pins to various
  22. configurations. I've heard that such things exist. One I've heard of has
  23. different plugs which you swap for each monitor type.)
