I just upgraded my IIci to 20MB of RAM.  I've seen a number of discussions
regarding performance relating to the video ram on the IIci.  I know the
IIci uses the memory in Bank A for video ram, and I know system performance
can be increased by forcing applications to run in Bank B.  I currently
have 4MB in Bank A and 16MB in Bank B.  I have the disk cache set to 1024.

What experiences/recommendations are there to maximize memory performance
on a IIci with 20MB?

I'm also running A/UX (although I do run the native Mac OS as well).  What
considerations need to be made in regard to A/UX performance?  I've
increased NBUF to 2000 and I've noticed a dramatic increase in performance
(both A/UX and Finder applications).  The Finder Memory CDEV is set to
allow 12 MB to be used for Mac Applications.
