  11. BMUG hasn't always been a fan of APS. Last year they dropped out of BMUG's
  12. Choice Products due to similar problems as yours. But they have overall
  13. improved quite a bit in the last several months. In general I would recommend
  14. that you call APS and ask for Paul MacGraw and tell your tale. I think he
  15. would like to hear it and might make a few changes in how APS does things.
