- I am in the process of designing a System 7 dependent voice mail
- program. It uses the mac's microphone to record the messages then
- sends the message across the net. It will also send text across the
- net for computers that don't have a microphone.

- The program is still in the alpha phase. I hope to have a beta version
- by the end to winter break.

- I made this program with game playing in mind. It uses Apple Events to
- send the messages across the net. What is great about this is that
- games (or any other kind of program) can send a Apple Event to my
- program telling it who to send the messages to and my program will record
- the message and send it.

- The program's name is called Intercom. If you like I can send you (or
- any one else that wants) a copy when I have the beta version done.
- Intercom will probably be released in March to ftp sites.
