  13. They are a little slow in responding. When they tried to fax me (a few times) a
  14. couple of weeks ago we had connectivity problems which is strange because I'm
  15. using their software and one of the modems they support. Anyway things seem to
  16. be ironed out. If you have any experience with their fax character recognition
  17. software called FaxManager Plus please let me know about it. I'm interested in
  18. buying but wonder if there are many 'first generation' bugs. Dan
