  11. I am trying to use BulkRate, an off-line reader for FirstClass, but my logons
  12. continously fail.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  I was successful once,
  13. which is why I am puzzled as to why I have never been successful other than that
  14. one time.  Please help with any ideas that you may have.
