It (at least version 3.3A +) certainly provides Zmodem. I especially
like the "autostart" feature which allows me to receive files without
manually selecting "Receive" on the Mac end.

It works best if you check the "Use reduced instruction set" box and
provide your own init strings. If the box is not checked it expects
to talk with Hayes modem (e.g. V-series) at rates over 2400--if
you're not using a Hayes, SCII and the modem tend to get confused.
If I had to ding the program for anything it would be the fact that
its macro language is a little too limited. Although I specifically
bought the program because I didn't want something as convoluted as
Microphone or White Knight, I wouldn't mind seeing an "if-then-else"
and a "while" among the macro options (you can sort of manually create
these by jumping to other macros but it's more work than it's
