- About 6 months to a year ago I saw a fantasticvoice recognition demo on
- Good Morning America (or one of those shows) with the MAC. There were several
- people standing around it (different voices) giving it orders through voice
- commands, like "Show me my checkbook balance" and things like that. It was
- mostly just a nifty new vospeech recognition method. Does anyone know when
- this technology will be available to us consumers? And for that matter, does
- anyone know when this kind of technology might be available on an IBM with
- Windows? (IBM compatable, whatever :-)
