  25. OK, this stuff confused me too, especially after I placed an order for the
  26. upgrade to the latest version of nuBASE with New Era and was charged for the
  27. order by Tactic!  This is the story from Dean Meyers, himself:  Olduvai
  28. bought out all products marketed/made by Tactic, but they did not buy the
  29. company itself.  New Era came in and bought Tactic, the company (the equity,
  30. the name, etc.) and was in the process of merging the two entities when the
  31. hurricane struck, so I'm not sure if they're known as New Era or Tactic
  32. Software now.
