  14. I bought Millie's Math House as a gift for my nephews. It works for a
  15. while and then crashes. After this initial crash it will not work at
  16. all, bombing after its musical intro.  Reinstalling (which takes a
  17. while--four disks of compressed material) merely repeats this cycle.

  19. This happens on an IIsi with 5 megs of RAM running 6.0.7.  Doesn't seem
  20. to matter whether we use multi or uni-finder.  We tried a virgin system
  21. to no avail. I didn't diddle with the recommended 2M memory partition
  22. and there always sufficient memory available

  24. Tech support for MMH was not much help.  They suggested trashing the
  25. preferences file and nixing all inits.  They also said that MMH just
  26. crashes for some people and they don't know why.

  28. All this is too bad because when it does work my nephews are delighted.
  29. It really is a nice program

  31. Anyone out there got an answer or care to commiserate?
