  35. I had almost exactly the same problem except that I had removed the virus
  36. protection. It f***d up my system something fierce, and I had to re-install.
  37. Then, after installing word that /&%#&/% equation editor wouldn't work.
  38. Quick call to Major Sh*t and got an obnoxious girl on the line who accused
  39. me of various misdeeds, and then rounded off with "Yes, we're aware of the
  40. problem. I'll send you a new eq. editor." Why didn't they send it out in the
  41. first place?
