- IMHO using mcvert on a unix box, if both mcvert and the box are
- available, is better than doing it on your Mac, if you're on a
- dialup connection. The reason is that binhexed files are bigger
- than their unbinhexed counterparts. So I unbinhex with mcvert,
- download, and uncompress at home. Much faster at slower modem
- speeds e.g. 2400 bps. At faster speeds it might not matter so
- much.

- I had to do "unshar mcvert.shar" to get the files and then "make"
- using the enclosed makefile, but then I had my very own copy of
- mcvert.
