- I don't know the solution to your problem, but I have a couple ideas that
- may help:

- 1. Try putting the two PICTs in different folders. Does that help?

- 2. Perhaps the two images must be in the same file??

- 3. The obligatory answer: try running with all extensions & control
- panels disabled. Also, are you using the correct version of the
- System (maybe you're using System 6 and it requires 7)?
