- Well, if I understand your question, it is possible to reconfigure
- Word so that the default tab spacing is .75" instead of 0.5". From the
- Format menu select the Document dialog box. In the lower right hand of
- that dialog box is a box where you can set the default tab stops
- spacing. Instead of 0.5 enter 0.75. As a result the tabs will be set
- at 0.75", 1.5", 2.25", etc., from the left margin. If this is how you
- want all your Word documents to be set up, click the "Use As Default"
- button. Then every new Word document will have the tabs set to these
- settings.
