  11. I need some advice on the operation of MS Project V3.0.
  12. I am using the tool to track 20 different tasks that are
  13. not linked to each other but do draw on the same resources
  14. (people).  The idea was to estimate the total cost of each
  15. task while identifying over and under allocation of the
  16. people in the section.

  18. Establishing the project was fairly easy.  But when it came to 
  19. making changes to resource commitments the program started to
  20. produce numerous unexpected and illogical results.

  27. I'm on the verge of buying MACPROJECT from Claris just to see
  28. if it is easier.s easier to use.  But before turning my back on MS, I
  29. am willing to give it one more shot.
