  13. Hi,
  14. Does there exist extensions, control panels or applications that will allow: 
  15. 1) the menu bar to appear on all monitors simultaneously instead of just one.
  16. 2) an application to open to a desired monitor, ie, Pagemaker always opens 
  17.    documents to monitor 2 and Word always opens to monitor 1.
