  18. I recently ordered the upgrade directly from Microsoft, and I think that's the
  19. price I a paid (plus shipping). The only problem I have is that their database
  20. can't distinguish between "J. Scott Houchin" and "James L. Houchin" so they
  21. keep merging my records and my father's records together. Other than getting
  22. who owns what straightened out AGAIN (I though I had gotten everything fixed
  23. when I upgraded from Word 4.0 to Word 5.0), there really wasn't any hassle.
