  11. I just bought a copy of Omnipage Pro (optical character recognition) for my 
  12. MacII (8mB). It immediately crashes with an 'unimplemented trap' message. 
  13. The manual says the cure for this 'feature' is to turn on virtual memory 
  14. in the Memory CDEV, which any MacII user will immediately know is not there.

  16. I remember Connectix released a free doodad a year or so ago to Apple that 
  17. provided, as I recall, software-supported virtual memory on MacIIs. Apple
  18. released the software for free.

  20. I'm virtually certain I saved the software on an archive, but cannot for the 
  21. life of me remember the name. Can you provide the name or recommend a site
  22. I can download a copy from?
