  28. Even better would be behavior like that of GifWatcher, which paces itself
  29. so it never outruns the DL program.  It decompresses the 1/3 it's got,
  30. then the next 1/3 when it arrives, and finishes when the final 1/3 gets
  31. there.  What a concept!
