  42. You are missing ultrasound.ini.  That's the patch map that the new Windows
  43. drivers use.

  60. Your problem is that you are using files from the old 1.1 disks with
  61. the new drivers.  The 1.21 disks contains new patch maps and patches
  62. that the new Windows drivers requires.  You will *need* the 1.21
  63. installation disks before you can use the new Windows drivers.
