  12.     Does anyone know of any DSP type software that allows processing
  13.     of .VOC or .WAV files?  I'd like to be able to design filters,
  14.     run FFT's, etc on these standard files.  I'd be *real* nice if
  15.     it ran under windows, but right now I won't be real picky.  I'm
  16.     of course talking non-real time DSP, 'cause no 386/486 is going
  17.     to be able to do anything real while running under the overhead
  18.     of windows.
