- The GUS requires one DMA channel and two IRQs, one for MIDI and one for
- the GF1 chip. The MIDI IRQ is also used for SB emulation. The MIDI
- IRQ can't be explicitly disabled, but as long as you aren't using the
- MIDI on the GUS or its SB emulation, it shouldn't trigger, and thus,
- should not be causing any sort of conflict. And no, you don't need
- the MIDI IRQ to play .mid files on the GUS.
