  12. I was wondering if someone could e-mail me the sound card they thought was the  
  13. best.  Here are my needs:

  15. (1) 16 bit sound
  16. (2) generic interfaces so I can use it with one of the 300k CD-ROM drives
  17. (3) price range is ~200
  18.  
  19. Can someone tell me which one is the best (soundblaster, pro audion spectrum,  
  20. roland, etc).  Thanks for any help.
