  23. It's on archive.epas.utoronto.ca and wuarchive.wustl.edu under the filename
  24. gus0008.exe (a self-extracting archive).  The directory that it's in on
  25. archive.epas is /pub/pc/ultrasound/sndult(?).  I'm not sure where it's
  26. located on wuarchive.
