  21. Free software comes when people who want something want it bad enough to
  22. go do it themselves.  There is certainly no impetus for most RT users in
  23. the academic community to do it; they almost all use AOS/4.3BSD (to the
  24. extent that the RT is still used at all.)  I'm sure there are qualified
  25. people who use AIX 2.x for the RT out there.  Maybe they just don't read
  26. this newsgroup, or they don't care.
