- You should join the Ultrasound mailing list. Among a whole bunch of
- benefits like programers of software for the Ultrasound and Gravis
- themselves are also on the list to answer questions, we also have 2 ftp
- sarchive sites and 1 mailserver. And since Gravis does a bunch of stuff
- in software, they can and have releases new versions of
- software/fixes/patches and we have them in the ftp sites. For those
- without ftp access, you can also call their BBS or ask them to mail it
- to you. Among the new software available, we have a new set of install
- disks and a new SETUP program. I'll send you the info on the mailing
- list below...

- Greetings!
-
- There's been a lot of talk lately about the Gravis Ultrasound,
- as well as the mailing list for it. I thought I'd put in my two cents
- worth on the topic, as I happen to know a little about the mailing
- list... I'm the administrator. :)
-
- To join, mail to the request server. It will help you get
- signed up. This is also the address for accessing the mailserver.
- Just send mail to:
-
- ultrasound-request@dsd.es.com
-
- To post a message onto the digest, mail to:
-
- ultrasound@dsd.es.com
-
- If you have trouble with the server, feel free to mail to:
-
- ultrasound-owner@dsd.es.com
-
- This will put you in touch with a real human. If you can't
- mail to that, just mail me directly and we'll figure something out.
- The server isn't perfect, though, and I'd really appreciate it if
- you'd let me know what goes wrong with it if you try to use it and it
- croaks.
-
- Thanks for your time!
-
- Note:
-
- The FTP sites are archive.epas.utoronto.ca in directory pub/pc/ultrasound
- and wuarchive.wustl.edu in directory systems/msdos/ultrasound.
