- No. Protectionist wars heating up. Cold-war is over, Economic-war is
- taking its place. Unfortunately, Government gives in to petty special
- interest groups, rather than completely re-thinking the commercial/Government
- relationship, so-far as technology is concerned. I expect big changes
- under Clinton/Gore, but god-only-knows what direction things will go.
