  18. No.  Protectionist wars heating up.  Cold-war is over, Economic-war is
  19. taking its place.  Unfortunately, Government gives in to petty special
  20. interest groups, rather than completely re-thinking the commercial/Government
  21. relationship, so-far as technology is concerned.  I expect big changes
  22. under Clinton/Gore, but god-only-knows what direction things will go.

  27. 4Mb x 9 SIMMS should be under $100.  Anyone care to guess?
