  18. I have purchased three computers from them. All seem to be very well made, 
  19. TEAC floppies, OPTI or SIS motherboards, etc. One of my units has 
  20. been serving 24 hrs per day as a file server since last spring with no 
  21. problems on any unit. A sales rep names Kim was very helpful, even when I 
  22. initially called their 800 number for comparative information. I called 
  23. their tech support once and got right through - I had a question about a 
  24. device driver or something, I don't recall the details.
