  13. I have a zoom 14400/14400 faxmodem that I am trying to configure
  14. properly for my bbs. I need a setup and init string that will
  15. allow me to make callouts and allow users to call me at full
  16. throttle (don't you just love esoteric technical vocabulary?).
  17. right now, the best I can do is callouts and logins at
  18. 14400\v32bis\LAPM. Since this modem is supposed to be
  19. able to do v42bis as well, it would be nice if I could get that
  20. feature activated.
  21. here is what i have:
  22. Setup string: AT&FQ0V1M0S95=32W1S11=50
  23. Init String:  AT&FH0E0W1&C1&D2&Q5\N3S0=0S2=1S95=44X4{
  24. my bbs software is wwiv, and i am not the only wwiv sysop with a
  25. Zoom14400/14400 faxmodem (hint, hint!). Its an internal modem,
  26. btw.
