  13. Thanks for the references to the Constitution.  I was getting
  14. ready to dig up my copy.  
  15. Part of the reason the U.S. semiconductor industry is doing
  16. so well now is that is has been shielded from unfair 
  17. competition by the government.  Why do you think so many
  18. U.S. manufacturers dropped out of the DRAM market in the 
  19. first place!?
