  18. Does "unformatted capacity" still make sense in this day of IDE? I always
  19. thought that it was about 50% greater than the formatted capacity (eg. IBM's
  20. HD floppies are marked 2MB) though in this day the use of zone formatting 
  21. would increase the formatted:unformatted capacity ratio.
