- This (Jim Duncan - duncan@ravel.ati.com's post about burning BCxxx
- UPSs) seems a bit sensationalist to me, especialy the bit about the TV
- station. Boy, I bet he was disapointed when his carefully contrived
- setup didn't actually go up in flames for the TV cameras!

- We have a number of the Tripplite BC series ( 500s and 750s ) as well
- as one 2000 watt of another Tripplite series. We've had trouble with
- the 2000 (and it just came back from being repaired by Tripplite with
- a note saying not to test it by pulling the plug ;-}), but none with
- the BC series. Perhaps Jim Duncan's problem is a manufacturing flaw
- with a particular batch? Anyway, I find his post inflamatory ;-} and
- of questionable merit.
