  18. To get the Styx river water, you need to visit the underworld.  The
  19. friendly people (NOT!) on Island of the Mists should be able to help you
  20. get there (one way or another!).  You'll need the egg to survive meeting
  21. them.  The Queen only gives you a spoiled egg, not a letter.
