  24. go through the portal just past her room to the next level.  Keep going along the south wall until you reach a skull saying something like once a path is chosen it is permanent.  step on the first plate to open the door (watch out fot\r the rolling ball!)  Go in and head NW untill you find a ladder down there there is a guy named Lars in the NE - KILL HIM! he has the antidote.
