  15. I recently archie'd to check the locations for the big shareware rave 
  16. of the moment, Castle Wolfenstein. These are listed below (as 1wolf3d.zip). 
  17. While you're in the apogee subdirectories, get yourself KEEN4.zip, and 
  18. KEEN6.ZIP: Commander Keen is another surefire winner. 
  19.  
  20. Other Apogee stuff I like includes: 
  21. SODDEMO.zip (Spear of Destiny demo, a demo of the commercial version 
  22. of 'Wolf), 
  23. CATABS.zip (Catacoumb (sp?) Abyss: an EGA game using an early try at 
  24. the 'Wolf graphics engine), 
  25. KEENDREM.ZIP, (Keen dreams, a pre-Keen4 Commander Keen game), 
  26. RESCUE.ZIP or WORD.ZIP, (Word Rescue, a fun kiddies learning game.)

  28. These FILENAMES.ZIP are only approximate, you'll want to grab anything 
  29. that looks about right. Most of the stuff in the apogee subdirectory
  30. is worth trying. You could also check out the games/epic and games/moraff
  31. areas, and in fact /games/* !
