  24. I am not actively pursuing Capcom for anything. It is up to the author to
  25. provide proof that Capcom has licensed it to him. Until then, it is presumed
  26. that Capcom has _not_ licensed it, and is therefore infringing on Capcom's
  27. rights.

  29. I am far to busy to be hunting down the company to see what they know about
  30. it. Since they are already licensing/producing the game for SNES, and
  31. possibly others, commercially, I really don't think they'd agree to a
  32. shareware game...
