- I am not actively pursuing Capcom for anything. It is up to the author to
- provide proof that Capcom has licensed it to him. Until then, it is presumed
- that Capcom has _not_ licensed it, and is therefore infringing on Capcom's
- rights.

- I am far to busy to be hunting down the company to see what they know about
- it. Since they are already licensing/producing the game for SNES, and
- possibly others, commercially, I really don't think they'd agree to a
- shareware game...
