- I'm not much of a game player, but I would like to purchase a game for my
- brother for Christmas. I think he liked Wolfenstein, as well as Commander
- Keen. I'm looking for a 3D game that is similar to Wolfenstein - I guess
- the shoot 'em up/vigilante sort of stuff. Someone mentioned both Ultima
- Underworld and a game called Terminator 2029 (or something like that). Are
- these any good? What are some good titles I could choose from? He has
- a good system (486-33, 16MB, SVGA, etc), so resources should not be a problem.
- Oh, there IS ONE SLIGHT PROBLEM: he only runs OS/2 - doesn't even have
- Boot Manager installed, so any game would have to operate in a VDM under
- OS/2. Any helps/hints?
-
- On another note, I just purchased a Gravis Ultrasound card and have heard
- tht the only game offering native GUS support is StarControl II. Is this
- game any good? What is is about?
-
- Thanks for all your help.
