  12. Help me before I put my fist through my monitor!

  14. WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD, drive cautiously

  17. I'm in Episode #7 in Amazon, at the bridge.  I cannot get over the danged
  18. thing in time.  Is there hope for me?  Here's what I do:
  19.  
  20. 1. Move left and up, grab the vine
  21. 2. Go to inventory screen, give Allen the ammo
  22. 3. Switch to Maya, walk over bridge as far as possible
  23. 4. Switch back to whats-his-name, walk over to metal, touch it 
  24.        (it becomes a barrier)
  25. 5. Swtich back to Maya, go to inventory, get vine, fix bridge
  26. 6. Allen shows up, says "I'll cover you"
  27. 7. I start walking whats-his-name over the bridge.

  29. Invariably, before I get halfway I run out of time and get shot.

  31. I have 2 saved games, one right at the start of that episode (the 'short'
  32. saved game), and one from the end of episode 6 (just before getting into
  33. the canoe - the 'long' saved game).  It doesn't matter which I use, I can't
  34. make it with either one (though I get a little further sometimes when I use
  35. the long saved game.

  37. Am I missing a key step, or do I just need to do this a hundred million
  38. times before I get it right?
