- I've more or less managed it but it's very dirty in some places though I
- have got executables that seem to work.
- I needed to use gcc - anything else just didn't seem to work.
- There were 2 routines I needed to rewrite which I could only get to compile
- with cc - they do the vfprintf stuff. I also needed to get a copy of flock
- and use that though I see the latest version available has this with it.
- I've commented out the cpu time limit stuff.
