  12. A little story from down-under ...

  14. A friend of mine who deals in computers (PC clones, ataris and amigas)
  15. had someone come to him last week with a 520STFM that had the 1MB
  16. upgrade and was working OK except for the floppy which needed replacing.
  17. My friend gave him a quote to fit a double-sided floppy to his machine
  18. for A$100. This guy ummm'd and arrr'd for a while and then said that
  19. if my friend gave him A$60 he could have the machine. He ended up
  20. refusing the deal because apparently you just can't unload atari machines
  21. here anymore, even if you give them away!
