- What's wrong with doing both? Why should we pretend that Atari is
- doing fine? Why should we allow more people to be deluded? Why should
- we alloe Atari to get away with murder?

-
- As long as there are people here with this fascist notion, I'll NEVER
- stop posting the truth about Atari here. It is exactly when people
- start painting a ridiculous rosy picture -- trying to rewrite history
- and suck more suckers into a losing market -- that "those of us who
- have become frustrated with Atari" feel compelled to inject some
- sobering reality into the newsgroup. Sorry, but it's a free net.
- I will NOT censor myself just because YOU can't stand to read bad
- things about your company/computer/religion/etc.
-
- >I read a message by someone who said that

-
- No, what you NEED to do is stop tolerating CRAP from Atari, thereby
- forcing them to shape up or, as the the saying goes, ship out.
-
- >Of course we all want something more from our
- >computers, and I'm sure that this newsgroup will help you to find whatever you
- >need in terms of information about what you can do to improve your system.
-
- Right, and some of us who have strayed from the Rightous Atari Way have
- contributed a lot of the help, information and software you refer to
- here.
-
- >So the bottom line is: GO ATARI!
-
- I would LOVE to see Atari thrive again. If they could turn it all
- around (e.g., by selling the company to competent management), I'd be
- their biggest fan again.
