  11. Does anyone know of a program to convert GIF files to ST formats
  12. (Neo or Degas preferably) - I know that information will be lost,
  13. but I want to be able to load stuff up quickly, and as long as 
  14. the picture looks vaguely OK it doesn't matter.

  16. I know of several programs that can display GIF's, so it must be possible
  17. to `dump' the screen image in another format.
