  22. That's okay - as I stated, my question wasn't how to implement such a system,
  23. but whether there was robust support for interapp icon dragging, which it
  24. appears there is not - the only support seems to be WB to your app, which means
  25. anything running on another screen has no use for this kind of thing.  <sigh>
  26. Maybe an implementation and protocol, after development, could be presented to
  27. CBM so something would get done about this... ...it's kind of expected these
  28. days, what with all the image-dragging that apps under OSes such as NeXTstep
  29. and MS Windows (which I have to say *does* have "screens" - try "maximize"
  30. sometime, willya folks?), and even Mac apps (Intraapp only, as far as I've
  31. seen).  There aren't any Style Guide recommendations for how to handle it if
  32. you must/wish to implement such a system.  In general, it doesn't exist except
  33. on the Workbench.  <double sigh>  Oh, well - off to BOB around... :)
