  15. Encrypting it sounds fine to me.  Does anyone want to be the keeper of
  16. the holy mailing list then?  I won't have enough block space on this
  17. school account.  Perhaps there is someone with a little extra time and
  18. resources available that could swing this?

  20. We could require developer number, name of business, and address when
  21. registering and change what ever password for the encryption was
  22. decided on every week or something like that.
