  14. SAS Institute will be closed December 25 and the week of December 28.
  15. The technical support crew will be back at work on Monday, January 4,
  16. 1993, to handle your calls and letters.  EMITS will continue to accept
  17. and track problems automatically, but you won't get a non-automated
